This Cognac is a Vieille Réserve d'Appellation Fins Bois Contrôlée, a guarantee of quality and finesse. It is an elegant and subtle eau-de-vie. This Fins Bois is aged in casks for at least 15 years, including 3 years in new oak barrels and 12 years in old ones.
Light and resistant, it offers distinctive notes of oak, spices and vanilla, making it a powerful and balanced Cognac. Its amber gold colour is combined with a round and fat mouthfeel. The grape is very present with sweet and complex notes. The finish is long, soft and very greedy.
