To preserve the full flavour of semi-cooked goose foie gras, we cook it in a traditional way without adding any colouring agents or preservatives.
Just a pinch of salt and pepper and respect for this exceptional product. Semi-cooked foie gras is cooked at a lower temperature. This allows it to retain all its incomparable finesse, combined with a bouquet of aromas and a great smoothness. It will delight the most demanding gourmets.
