Our Chocolate Onion Confit is the result of a recipe that our mother developed over a long period of time and which has been tested by all the gourmets in the family. An excellent cook, she had the idea for this original condiment and registered the patent.
She wanted to highlight the creaminess of our Goose or Duck Foies Gras, by accompanying them with a condiment made of sweetness, with the soft scent of cooked and candied onions, mixed with a melting, fragrant and very good quality dark chocolate. No one can resist it!
