Description:
The onion confit with honey of our House is known and renowned for its softness and the unctuousness of its texture which melts in the mouth. We put a lot of effort into obtaining this condiment with its very delicate aromas, slightly sweet but not too sweet, and very fragrant, thanks to all the care we put into cooking the onions very slowly in order to preserve them gently.
The onions we select are carefully chosen for their natural aroma and sweetness. Our recipe is inherited from the ovens of yesteryear and from all the know-how of our mother, founder of our company.
