We wanted to offer you our fig chutney in packs of 3 small schoolboy-shaped glasses at a small price, so that you could enjoy this exceptional condiment and share it with your guests at large festive gatherings.
We took great care in preparing the recipe, simmering our figs for a long time and using the reduction that gives it that little sweet and sour note. Our wish was to put the fig in the limelight and to bring a small surprising and sparkling note to it, it is done with this chutney.
The texture of this condiment is particularly tasty: slightly grainy and spicy, it has put all the flavour of the fig in it to let it burst. The figs that were chosen for this recipe were selected for their beautiful taste and their naturally sweet taste. We do not add any colouring or preservatives to this product.
