Our Terrine of Duck Foie Gras cooked in Guérande salt with Pineau des Charentes jelly is an exceptional product that will take you on a gastronomic journey filled with different and very complementary flavours.
This Foie Gras is the result of long culinary research by our Chef, Jean-Marc Grolière, and is designed to satisfy lovers of fine Foie Gras as well as lovers of the sweet/savoury combination. More fresh than cooked, this Duck Foie Gras is only cooked with salt. This is why its texture is particularly unctuous, with a very powerful taste of duck and an original seasoning.
This base of Duck Foie Gras with Guérande salt is enhanced by a highly concentrated Pineau des Charentes jelly, which makes it both full-bodied and sweet. This product is produced in a limited edition and only for a few months of the year.
The foies gras used for this exclusive recipe are rigorously selected from the producing farms of the South-West. They are chosen for their beautiful colour, their suppleness and their size. This foie gras cooked with Guérande salt is cooked in an artisanal way without the addition of colourings or preservatives. Only salt, pepper and Pineau des Charentes.

Duck Foie Gras 70% (French origin), Jelly 28% (made of Pineau de Charentes, pork gelatin), Guérande salt 1,6%, sugar, pepper.
