With us, there is no need for artifice. In order to preserve its gustatory qualities, we cook our whole duck foie gras according to the traditional Périgord recipe. A little salt and pepper and the foie gras is simply put in a glass jar. We do not use any colouring or preservatives.
This whole duck foie gras is made up of a single liver from a duck from the South-West of France, chosen for its great gustatory quality, its beautiful colour and its soft texture. This product bears the label: Foie Gras de Canard du Sud-Ouest.
