This semi-cooked Foie Gras Speciality is totally innovative and truly creative in terms of flavour, as it finally allows the combination of Duck Foie Gras with the powerful aroma and finesse of Goose Foie Gras. The whole is sublimated by an extremely melting texture typical of semi-cooked foie gras. This foie gras bears the label Oies du Périgord and Canard du Sud-Ouest.
The livers used for this production have been scrupulously selected for their gustatory qualities, their colour and their suppleness, apart from their certified origin. To preserve the subtle flavour of the semi-cooked foie gras, we cook it in a traditional way, without adding any colouring agents or preservatives, and with very careful cooking.
