Cooked on the same basis as a reconstituted Block of Duck Foie Gras, it is cooked at a low temperature in order to preserve all the renowned aromas of Duck Foie Gras and its unctuous texture of Foie Gras cooked to the core, with precision.
We cook our semi-cooked Foies Gras naturally, without adding any colouring or preservatives, with a simple seasoning: salt and pepper.
We also take great care in selecting our duck foie gras from farms in the South West of France.
These ducks are reared and fed according to very precise specifications, which enable us to offer our customers a Foie Gras of consistently high quality.
