The truffle flavoured vinegar we have selected is prepared from white vinegar and extracts of Perigord truffles which give it an authentic and powerful taste.
Some condiments such as truffle oil and vinegar are prepared using synthetic organic compounds similar to those found in truffles, which makes them cheaper but also more chemical and without any authentic flavour.
As we always choose quality products, the truffle flavoured vinegar we have selected is of very high quality and made from the concentrated juice of real Périgord truffles.
