The truffle oil we offer is prepared from grape seed oil.
Two categories of oil are available for sale.
Indeed, some truffle oils are made using the truffle residues left over from their collection or preparation for sale.
Other oils are prepared using synthetic organic compounds of the same nature as those present in the truffle. They are therefore considerably cheaper.
As we always choose quality products, the truffle flavoured oil we have rigorously selected is of very high quality and made from Périgord truffles.
