The Goose Gizzards of our House have been appreciated for many years for their fleshy and tender body and their delicate hazelnut flavour.
We prefer to cook goose gizzards only because they are finer and softer than duck gizzards.
Our gizzards are cooked naturally, without colouring agents, preservatives or nitrite salt: a little salt and pepper, they are simply coated with goose fat!
The geese chosen for this recipe have been carefully bred and their gizzards have been rigorously selected.
