The Brantôme box is presented in an elegant black box.
Its name pays tribute to this magnificent town in the Périgord Vert, nicknamed the Green Venice.
It is composed of a Block of Duck Foie Gras 120g in a glass jar and a bottle of Bergerac Moelleux 75cl.
Our Block of Duck Foie Gras has a nice smooth texture, thanks to the blend of quality Foies Gras, without any apparent fat.
Duck Foie Gras, more present in the mouth than Goose Foie Gras, gives it all its powerful and assertive character.
We cook all our foies gras according to the recipes of our Périgord region: salt, pepper, they are guaranteed without colouring agents or preservatives.
On the other hand, the Monbazillac Grande Réserve is an AOC sweet wine of fine quality, which smells of sun-drenched grapes.
