This Brantôme box is presented in a long, elegant and sober box. It is composed of the essential: a 120 g Whole Duck Foie Gras from Périgord and a 75 cl bottle of Champagne brut.
Our Duck Foie de Canard is renowned for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and generous taste of authentic Duck Foie de Canard.
To achieve this result, we cook our Foie Gras according to the traditional recipes of the Périgord, which our mother taught us: salt, pepper and above all, a lot of naturalness.
All our foies gras are guaranteed to be free of colourings and preservatives.
The duck livers chosen for this production all bear the label "Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".
The Champagne we offer in this box is the Cuvée Jeanmaire 75cl brut which combines finesse and perfume.
