It is composed of a 120g Whole Duck Foie Gras from Périgord and a 75cl bottle of Côtes de Bergerac Moelleux.
Our Block of Duck Foie Gras is renowned for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and generous taste of authentic Duck Foie Gras.
To achieve this result, we cook this Foie Gras according to traditional Périgord recipes: salt, pepper and above all, a lot of naturalness.
All our foies gras are guaranteed to be free of colourings and preservatives.
The duck livers chosen for this production all bear the label "Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".
On the other hand, the Sauternes we offer in this box is a treat for the taste buds thanks to its powerful, sugar-laden fruit aromas.
