Its composition: a Whole Duck Foie Gras from Périgord 120 g and a bottle of Monbazillac AOC 75cl.
Our Duck Foie de Canard has a nice smooth texture thanks to the blend of quality Foies Gras without any apparent fat.
The Duck Foie Gras, very present in the mouth, is characterised by its powerful and assertive aromas.
We cook all our Foies Gras according to the recipes of our Périgord region: salt, pepper, they are guaranteed without colouring agents or preservatives.
In this version, the duck liver is perfectly combined with the Monbazillac Grande Réserve wine that we have selected for its beautiful fruit aromas.
