It goes to the heart of the matter by offering a Block of Duck Foie Gras 120g in a jar and a bottle of Champagne brut 75cl.
Our Block of Duck Foie Gras has a nice smooth texture thanks to the blend of quality Foies Gras, without any apparent fat.
Duck Foie Gras is more present in the mouth than Goose Foie Gras and is characterised by its powerful and assertive aromas.
We cook all our Foies Gras according to the recipes of our Périgord region: salt, pepper, they are guaranteed without colouring agents or preservatives.
The Block of Duck Foie Gras is really sublimated by the Champagne brut cuvée Marie Stuart that we have selected, with very fine and elegant bubbles, like this box.
