The Brantôme box is presented in an elegant black box.
The name Brantôme is a tribute to the beautiful little town in the Périgord Blanc, nicknamed the Green Venice.
It is composed of a Block of Duck Foie Gras 120 g in a jar and a bottle of Sauternes 75 cl.
Our Block of Duck Foie Gras has a nice smooth texture thanks to the blend of quality Foies Gras without any apparent fat.
Duck Foie Gras is renowned for its powerful and assertive character.
We cook all our Foies Gras according to the recipes of our Périgord region: salt, pepper, they are guaranteed without colouring agents or preservatives.
We scrupulously choose all our duck livers according to their origin and their label "Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".
On the other hand, the Sauternes we have selected is a very good quality wine, very aromatic.
